By selecting to pay for the items you selected in your cart and proceeding to our checkout you agree to pay, in full, the amount shown at the bottom of this check out. NOTE: You will be redirected to Pay Pal to complete this transaction. You do not necessarily need a Paypal account to purchase from us, any major credit card can be used, but it is usually in your best interest to do so. We found Paypal to be a great resource for assuring all parties in a transaction are satisfied.

SHIPPING

HANDLING TIME

It takes us anywhere from 1-5 business days to ship out an item, although most of the time it is within the 2 business day range.

US & INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

WE SHIP WITHIN CANADA AND UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME, BUT WE HOPE TO EXPAND TO WORLD WIDE SOON!

SHIPPING COSTS

If the shipment is 4 comics and under, we ship via Canada post letter mail and the comics are placed between two pieces of thick cardboard and then placed in an envelope. For shipments of 5 comics or more, they are placed in a sturdy, cardboard envelope or box. All Collectable items such as Action Figures and Diacast are packaged securely in boxes with ample pretective padding/bubble wrap. We want your new treasure to arrive in the same condition as it left. Delivery from time of shipment can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks and tracking is available through both of these methods when insurance is purchased. Prices are as follows. NOTE: Insurance is handled through Canada Post and is an agreement between Canada Post and you, the  customer, and not us.

ADDING INSURANCE TO YOUR SHIPPING

To make things simple we have included insurance for your shipment as a separate add on. It is based as allotments per 100.00 and is your responsibility to purchase it. Insurance is listed under shipping and purchased per shipment.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER ONCE IT’S MADE

Unfortunately, once an order has gone through we cannot change it. You are welcome to submit an additional order but the original order cannot be altered once implemented.

CONDITION OF PACKAGING

Please Note: Packaging is for the sole purpose identification of the item and shipping the item securely. Unless otherwise stated in the items description, it is purely meant to transport the item to it’s destination and not part of the item condition. Scuffing, bends, folds etc are a common occurance in the process of shipping an item. Although we strive to send you the best condition packaging we can we cannot be held accountable for the final condition of the packaging.

TAXES 

We are required to charge taxes on all Canadian orders and the tax rate depends on your province of residence. Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are charged 13% HST. BC is 12% and Nova Scotia is 15%. Any other province is just 5% GST.

LOCAL PICK-UP

YES!! We are able to accommodate local pick up with in HRM. Once you finish with your order payment we will be in touch about where and when you can pick up your items.

RETURN POLICY

If you feel you must return an item/s, please contact us by e-mail  within 12 days of receipt of shipment. Credit or refund will be issued after we have inspected the returned item, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was when originally shipped to you. Use the same box and packing material that we used in shipping. Only the purchase price of the item/s will be refunded. Return shipping and insurance costs is the obligation of the buyer, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven days of the date from which you contacted us about the return.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Due to issues site wide we will be off-line for the foreseeable future. All inventory on this site is not accurate and we will be updating it throughout this period.
